We live in a world where someone else’s highlight reel becomes our to-do list.

You see a post → sudden urge to buy something.

Not because you need it,

So now, I often ask myself one question before every desire, every decision, every impulse:

“Is it really mine?”

Or is it living in my mind rent-free from social media?

Because somewhere between the scrolls and success stories,

we start borrowing dreams that don’t belong to us.

I realized that feeling sad for no reason is the side-effect of consuming noise.

So, I’m deliberately practicing to consume what I need, because my life already gives countless ways to be happy for no reason.

So, my message for you is:

Own your choices.

To free yourself.
